Cottage Business Support

Environmental Sustainability and Tree Planting

One of our key pillars at Roysambu United is environmental sustainability and tree planting.

We understand that these are strategic investments in the very future of communities. Trees and green practices directly reduce an organization's carbon footprint, improve air quality, and help us meet regulatory and ESG requirements that stakeholders, societies, and partners now expect.

Tree planting boosts the well-being and productivity of communities including schools, religious institutions, and workplaces by creating healthier environments and promoting inclusivity.

Environmental sustainability lowers long-term costs through energy efficiency, waste reduction, and resilience against climate risks like floods or heat. In short, tree planting and sustainable practices protect all of us.

To date we have planted over half a million trees and continue to do so as we improve our environment.

Annual Roysambu Cross Country

The RU Cross Country brings families, athletes, schools, sponsors, and stakeholders together in support of education and environmental sustainability.

Purpose

This Cross Country is more than just a race; it is a community engagement that channels participation and partnerships into meaningful initiatives, including:
 - Supporting access to education for children from underprivileged backgrounds.
 - Promoting environmental sustainability through tree planting and climate action.
 - Bringing families, athletes, schools, sponsors, and stakeholders together for positive community impact.
